WS Fun Fact: There is an episode of Streets of San Francisco — aka the greatest show of all time — called "Bitter Wine," where a man named Dimitri Kampacalas is released from San Quentin for serving out the sentence of a crime he didn't commit, and when he returns to his former home he finds that his family has moved out and the house is now abandoned. The buckshot-riddled door on the cover of the test press for this PERMANTENT RUIN 7" is the back door of that same abandoned house that Dimitri returns to. That episode is from 1972 and the house, which was one block from Warthog Speak HQ, sat abandoned until it was demolished some time in 2016, where a slow-moving crew is erecting an awkward condo at a snails pace.
